£13.68/hr - £16.05/hr + 20% shift allowance (equivalent to £32,017 - £37,560) + (Team Leader allowance £3,060 per annum)

Double Days - Mon-Fri 5.30am – 1.30pm, Mon-Thu 2.00pm – 10.30pm Fri 2pm-8pm

Job Description

• This is a hands-on role; however, you will be supporting the team with your knowledge and high-level skill set should build issues arise. You will become the go to person to resolve problems prior to Supervisory escalation.
• Support the weekly production plan (achievement and recovery plan)
• Responsible for assigning staff on and off job against the production plan
• Ensure staff are on the job, engaged and achieving standard times
• Improve standard times and reduce waste in the process
• Ensure quality gateways are complete to the highest standard
• Provide on the job training
