What You Will Do:

• Work across different laboratories based on demand, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in your day-to-day tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by organising your workload effectively and providing accurate results in a timely manner.
• Conduct a variety of basic routine analyses, product manufacturing, and sample preparation under the guidance of senior staff.
• Follow specified methodologies, including Standard Operating Procedures, to carry out laboratory tasks with precision.
• Operate laboratory and manufacturing equipment, including calibration where required, to produce reliable and accurate data.
• Prepare food products at bench scale or manufacturing levels while adhering to food safety standards and methods.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience working in a kitchen, pub or similar type of food environment, with solid knowledge of food safety.

• A levels in a scientific discipline are preferred, showcasing your foundational knowledge in the field.
• Proven ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy in laboratory work.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records of laboratory work and results.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to perform housekeeping and administrative duties as required.
