What You Will Do:

- Follow precise build instructions and drawings to ensure accurate assembly.

- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the system build process.

- Perform detailed panel wiring of small components, adhering to electrical schematics.

- Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and deadlines.

- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes.

- Conduct task risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.

What You Will Bring:

- Strong knowledge of panel wiring and the ability to work with electrical drawings.

- A proactive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

- Experience in a continuous improvement environment.

- HNC qualification or equivalent experience in electrical systems.

- Understanding of electrical assembly requirements, including cable stripping, crimping, and terminating.
