What You Will Do:

- Develop and deliver AI & ML solutions for autonomous uncrewed ground vehicles, including dedicated UGVs, optionally uncrewed platforms, and third-party applications.

- Contribute to the vision and strategy for AI & ML capabilities, supporting innovation in applied AI & ML technology.

- Lead the development of algorithm models, retraining processes, data collection tools, and datasets.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with software, hardware, prototyping, and testing teams to ensure requirements are met and solutions are validated.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, methodologies, and applications to drive innovation and maintain industry competitiveness.

- Identify and address training and development needs to enhance expertise and capabilities.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in developing autonomous technologies and solutions, particularly in off-road environments is highly desirable.

- In-depth expertise in AI & ML fundamentals, methodologies, and tools such as computer vision.

- Strong knowledge of robotics, uncrewed systems, and autonomous technologies.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
