What You Will Do:

- Supervise the assembly and commissioning of machines and equipment, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer acceptance criteria.

- Manage shop-floor operations, overseeing build activities, inspections, and commissioning processes.

- Collaborate with the Projects and Engineering teams to review manufacturing packs and ensure parts are available for assembly.

- Assign tasks to fitters, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality equipment.

- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety procedures and promoting cleanliness and organisation.

- Oversee the packaging and dispatch of accepted machines and equipment, ensuring all checks are completed prior to customer buy off.

What You Will Bring:

- A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, robotic, and/or pneumatic systems, ideally within the automotive industry.

- Knowledge of bespoke design, particularly in powertrain environments.

- Competency in MS Office, with intermediate Excel skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with defined procedures effectively.

- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
