CNC Machinist

What You Will Do:

- Set and operate CNC and manual machines with minimal supervision to produce high-quality components.

- Edit and write programs using Mazatrol, Heidenhain, or other relevant software as needed.

- Work from engineering drawings to manufacture tooling and moulds for automated machinery.

- Identify opportunities for process and productivity improvements, sharing ideas with management.

- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all health and safety policies.

- Ensure the workshop is clean and organised, contributing to general housekeeping standards.

What You Will Bring:

- A time-served engineering apprenticeship with a solid foundation in CNC machining.

- Ability to work independently and produce high-quality results, including batch work and one-offs.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external clients.
