What You Will Do: 

- Develop and maintain systems engineering competence within the team, ensuring processes are robust and meet quality standards.

- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and concerns, translating these into efficient and compliant processes.

- Work closely with business analysts and process experts to ensure alignment with regulatory and legislative requirements.

- Guide the development of processes, methods, tools, and training to enhance systems engineering practices.

- Support product owners and developers in understanding and applying systems engineering principles effectively.

- Identify and track key performance indicators for systems engineering processes, driving continuous improvement.

 

What You Will Bring: 

- Proven experience as a Systems Engineering Practitioner, with a strong understanding of the entire systems engineering lifecycle.

- Hands-on expertise in applying systems engineering tools and techniques, ideally within the defence, aerospace, rail, or automotive sectors.

- Real-world experience in requirements management practices and systems engineering process development.

- Proficiency with tools such as IBM DOORS, Rhapsody, or Catia Magic, and a solid understanding of system modelling and functional safety practices.

- A track record of influencing business mindset and driving complex process changes successfully.
