What You Will Do as Zonal Integration Lead;
As Zonal Integration Lead, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth integration of functions and systems within the engineering delivery process:
- Coordinate zonal integration activities and maintain clear delivery plans across relevant workstreams.
- Drive effective communication between stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and keep progress transparent.
- Support the identification, tracking, and escalation of integration risks and dependencies.
- Ensure technical outputs are reviewed, documented, and aligned with project expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by refining integration ways of working.
- Help maintain strong governance around status reporting, actions, and next steps.
What You Will Bring as Zonal Integration Lead;
To thrive as Zonal Integration Lead, you’ll bring practical experience of structured coordination and confident stakeholder management:
- Experience working within the automotive or engineering industry, ideally in integration, coordination, or cross-team delivery.
- Strong Catia skills to create and communicate geometry and concepts
- Strong planning and organisation skills, with the ability to keep multiple tasks moving at pace.
- Clear communication ability, ensuring alignment across teams and timely resolution of blockers.
- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to challenge, influence, and drive outcomes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
