What You Will Do:
– Install, repair and maintain equipment and facilities to support reliable production.
– Diagnose mechanical and operational issues, make effective corrections, and run adjustments to maintain production and quality.
– Test equipment after repairs, changeovers or extended downtime, ensuring safe and dependable performance.
– Record operational data for preventive maintenance and accurate set-up information.
– Review production schedules and carry out planned maintenance when equipment is not scheduled for production.
– Support continuous improvement activities by proposing and delivering productivity, process and quality enhancements.
What You Will Bring:
– A relevant qualification, alongside experience in plant maintenance.
– Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply practical solutions quickly.
– Familiarity with maintenance documentation and effective inventory management for spare parts and consumables.
– Comfort working across maintenance planning, production support and safety sign-offs at the start of shift.
– Desirable experience in injection moulding, with a willingness to develop further in a fast-paced production setting.
