As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will help keep packaged food and related materials compliant across key markets, turning complex regulation into clear documentation and confident decisions. What You Will Do:
– Manage ongoing regulatory requirements for packaged food and relevant documentation within the International Business unit.
– Process customer requests for regulatory documentation, translating regulatory data into accurate official statements.
– Maintain supplier documentation and keep supplier documentation up to date, including raw material regulatory status tracking.
– Support Sales and Customer Care with market-facing compliance needs and responses to regulatory requests.
– Contribute to product safety audits and support corrective actions within a BRC/HACCP framework.
– Prepare and manage DMFs for European products, working with autonomy to complete files in line with FDA requirements.
What You Will Bring:
– A graduate-level qualification in a technical discipline such as Chemistry, Food Science, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
– 1-5 years’ experience in employee safety, regulatory compliance and/or food safety, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
– Strong ability to analyse Food Regulation data and communicate it clearly through official compliance certificates and customer statements.
– Confidence interpreting technical information, answering queries professionally, and working well as part of a small cross-functional team.
– Proficiency in English is essential, with French strongly preferred; strong written and interpersonal skills are key to success.
