Hourly Paid role up to £15.57 per hour plus benefits.
Shift Pattern 3 shift rotating- 06.00-14.00, 14.00-22.00, 22.00-06.00
What You Will Do:
– Operate machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring smooth production processes.
– Run and maintain extrusion and coating lamination machines, including printing, while adhering to safety and quality standards.
– Slit materials into tapes according to customer requirements, following strict quality procedures.
– Train on and operate multiple production lines, gaining expertise across various machines.
– Support cross-training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
– Process materials using the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
What You Will Bring:
– A safety-driven mindset and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
– Basic numeric and literacy skills for accurate data recording.
– Experience in operating forklifts and electric pump trucks, with the ability to handle heavy equipment.
– A focus on meeting production targets and maintaining a clean workspace.
– The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
