Process Operator / Production Operative / Assembly Operative

Location: Coventry
Shifts: Rotating – 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm

We’re recruiting for Process Operators to join a well-established, high-performance manufacturing environment, working with advanced materials and modern production techniques. This is a hands-on role where your experience on the shop floor will be valued from day one.

The Role

Working as part of a busy production team, you’ll be involved in the preparation, assembly, and finishing of components across a range of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and handling raw materials for production
• Assembling components using hand tools and production equipment
• Carrying out lay-up and preparation of materials
• Loading and operating machinery including presses, ovens, and autoclaves
• Finishing, assembly, and quality checks on completed products
• Packing and labelling finished goods ready for dispatch
• Recording production data accurately

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production line environments
• Comfortable working with tools, materials, and machinery
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow processes and work to targets
• Reliable and able to work rotating shifts (6–2 / 2–10)
• Team player with a strong work ethic
