A growing FMCG manufacturer are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator working closely with the Customer Support Manager, managing customer orders, dealing with supply chain issues and managing customer complaints. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships with commercial customers and ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Salary £28,000 to £30,000 plus Benefits
This role is initially a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.
What You Will Do:
– Communicate pro actively with customers regarding order amendments, shortages, and delivery updates.
– Collaborate closely with logistics providers to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfilment.
– Process customer orders efficiently and monitor stock levels to meet demand.
– Maintain and update customer stock trackers and order schedules.
– Download EPOS data from retailers and transfer information into Excel spreadsheets for analysis.
– Prepare customs paperwork, including commercial invoices for export customers.
What You Will Bring:
– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
– Proven experience in customer service or order processing, ideally within a commercial setting.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with EPOS data.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and logistics providers.
– A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
– An understanding of supply chain processes.
