A leading food manufacturer are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to lead a team of Reliability Engineers. Shift Pattern- Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
What You Will Do:
– Lead and manage a team of Reliability Engineers to optimise asset performance and ensure operational excellence.
– Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies, including predictive and condition-based maintenance.
– Analyse performance data to identify root causes of equipment failures and eliminate downtime.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate planned maintenance and improvement activities.
– Oversee compliance with safety, technical, and legislative standards, ensuring all contractor work meets required specifications.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives, championing reliability principles across the site.
What You Will Bring:
– HND or higher qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
– Proven experience in reliability or maintenance leadership within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
– Strong understanding of maintenance systems, asset management, and performance metrics such as OEE.
– Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities to inspire and develop a team.
– Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
