As a Lead Studio Engineer you will:
- Lead and manage studio engineering projects, ensuring delivery meets high-quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to translate creative concepts into feasible technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure the seamless integration of design and engineering requirements.
- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative solutions, driving excellence at every stage.
- Deliver effective design solutions for interior trim, focusing on seating systems, kinematics and mechanisms.

The Lead Studio Engineer will bring:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive or related industry.
- Detailed knowledge of automotive seating systems to include, frame, mechanisms, kinematics and comfort is essential.
- Experience in using CAD (Catia Essential) as this is a heavily design focused role.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of successful delivery.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and drive results.
