What You Will Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, providing outstanding customer service at every interaction.
• Respond to customer enquiries received through email, live chat, SMS and post, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Process payments, investigate payment issues, and provide settlement quotes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist customers with financial health and loss recovery enquiries, offering tailored guidance.
• Support customers through the end-of-contract process and address any dissatisfaction with empathy and resolution-focused solutions.
• Perform account administration tasks, including name/address changes, sending letters/emails, and offering technical support for digital platforms.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone.
