Change Management Specialist

Umbrella Rate: £292.80/day (Inside IR35)

What You Will Do:
• Plan and execute business change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new manufacturing systems.
• Develop and implement communication and change management plans to minimise disruption to business operations.
• Conduct business change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to inform training plans and ensure readiness.
• Host workshops and process walk-throughs to articulate the transition from current to future business states.
• Create and execute stakeholder communication campaigns, including ‘What’s In It For Me’ initiatives tailored to specific roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and engagement.
What You Will Bring:
• Strong experience in change management methodologies and tools, with a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaboration and engagement.
• Ability to critically evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, and align business needs with technical solutions.
• Relevant accreditation or equivalent working experience in change management frameworks (e.g., APMG CM, PROSCI).
• Experience in creating and aligning standard timing plans for business change and readiness.

Location:
This role is based in Solihull, with travel to other sites and occasional visits to Halewood.
