Shift Pattern-Monday to Friday (3 rotating shift – 06.00 – 14.00, 14.00 – 22.00, 22.00 – 06.00)
What You Will Do:
– Work in a safe manner at all times, ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
– Set individual tooling correctly and to the required specification on the presses.
– Exchange press tooling as per system instructions and ensure all safety checks are completed.
– Confirm good-quality first-off specifications are achieved prior to handing over to the operator.
– Maintain product quality throughout the production run and ensure work times are recorded accurately.
– Assist within the department as needed, which may include acting as an operator or packer when required by the supervisor.
What You Will Bring:
– Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
– Experience with manual press operations and tooling knowledge
– Basic computer skills to support production tracking.
– Organisational skills and a tidy work ethic.
– Knowledge of legal requirements for press setting is essential.
