– Solid experience within the manufacturing sector, coupled with a strong understanding of the UK energy landscape.
– Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, including those working remotely or virtually.
– A track record of managing collaborative projects and partnerships across organisations.
– Financial acumen, with experience in delivering P&L accountability or managing budgets.
