R&D Engineer – Technical Product Development

What You Will Do:
• Develop and improve products, components, systems, and processes in line with scientific and engineering standards.
• Assist in creating business plans and budgets for product development initiatives.
• Analyse quality and safety test results to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and translate them into innovative solutions for the organisation and its customers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and industry groups.
• Monitor product development outcomes, ensuring technical, functional, cost, and timing targets are met.
What You Will Bring:
• Demonstrated expertise in technical product development / R&D, ideally within the automotive or engineering sectors.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in quality and safety testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a focus on delivering results.
