Our client is a well-established manufacturer of bespoke products used within the electrical industry sector for both the UK and globally, and they are seeking a Setter Operator to join their existing team. As a Setter Operator, you will set, calibrate and operate production machinery.
Setter Operator Responsibilities
– Setting and operating production machinery.
– Use precision measurement tools.
– Work to tight tolerances.
– Measure out length and quantity of materials using Excel and mental arithmetic.
– Ensure that production targets are achieved.
Setter Operator Requirements
– Previous experience working in a Setter Operator position.
– Experienced in using production machinery.
– Background in the metal industry sector would be beneficial but not essential.
– Must be a Team player
– Comfortable being trained on both new and legacy machinery.
