What You Will Do:
– Identify opportunities for quality and cost improvements to optimise existing systems and processes.
– Evaluate, develop, and verify product concepts to ensure reliability and compliance with specifications.
– Research and prepare specifications for improvements to products, processes, equipment, and technologies.
– Manage large-scale projects with minimal oversight, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
– Provide guidance, coaching, and delegation to junior professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
