Senior UX Researcher – 36857353 – £33.98/hr umbrella rate

What You Will Do:
– Lead and co-ordinate UX testing across vehicles, simulators, and digital prototypes.
– Conduct hands-on research, including study design, moderation, and analysis.
– Mentor junior researchers and support their professional development.
– Utilise Maze and other industry-standard research and survey tools to design and analyse studies.
– Collaborate closely with designers and product teams to define research needs and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
– Manage testing logistics and ensure high standards of research quality.
What You Will Bring:
– Strong experience in user research and usability testing, including in-person moderated studies.
– Proven ability to run studies across a range of prototype fidelities.
– Proficiency with Maze and common research tools such as Qualtrics, UserTesting.com, and Optimal Workshop.
– Excellent communication and organisational skills.
– A full UK driving licence and the legal right to work in the UK, ensuring regular on-site working due to secure prototype access.
