Manufacturing Assembly Process Engineer – £27.30/hr (Umbrella Rate) (Ref: 38068279) (Inside IR35)

What You Will Do:
- Design, develop, and implement new or revised processes for assembling components and subassemblies, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Design principles to optimise assembly processes.
- Conduct feasibility assessments to ensure designs align with manufacturing build requirements, focusing on Design for Assembly (DFA).
- Develop and implement written processes, tooling, jigs, and fixtures to support manufacturing operations.
- Analyse and ensure process capability, including the application of Dimensional Management techniques.
- Manage quality planning and analysis to meet Integrated Production System (IPS) deliverables.
- Support virtual and physical build events, addressing and resolving technical issues as they arise.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in manufacturing or engineering processes, tools, and techniques, with a track record of meeting productivity targets.
