Claims Executive
£26,000 – £30,000
Full-Time, Office Based

The Opportunity
As a Claims Handler, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial insurance claims, handling cases from initial notification through to final settlement. You’ll work closely with insurers, clients, and third parties to ensure claims are progressed efficiently and customers receive a high level of service throughout.
Key Duties
- Manage claims from First Notification of Loss through to completion
- Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, clients, and other relevant parties
- Handle commercial insurance claims accurately and in line with compliance requirements
- Negotiate and agree settlements in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain clear and accurate claim records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider brokerage team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within a Claims Handler position or general insurance environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple claims effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced office-based team
