Parts Quality Inspector – Focused on Precision, Quality & Inspection Excellence

What You Will Do
In this inspection‑driven role, you will be responsible for ensuring every component meets the highest levels of quality and compliance:
- Perform detailed goods-in and goods-out inspections, verifying all incoming and outgoing parts against engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Conduct patrol and batch inspections across the production environment to maintain continuous oversight of quality performance.
- Execute core quality control activities, including measurement, visual inspection, documentation review, and verification of manufacturing processes.
- Record and maintain traceability data, ensuring full and accurate documentation for audit readiness and product quality history.
- Report inspection results clearly and promptly, collaborating with production teams to address issues swiftly.
- Identify, escalate, and document non-conformances, including raising NCRs and segregating non-compliant materials to prevent workflow disruption.
- Support process audits and final product approvals, ensuring all products are fully compliant before release.
What You Will Bring
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, quality control principles, and practical inspection techniques.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.
- Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations relevant to a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality compliance reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining rigorous quality standards.
