What You Will Do:
– Work with a variety of small, light fabric products to produce high-quality items.
– Meet production targets while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
– Follow detailed drawings and jigs to create intricate and robust components.
– Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards through thorough testing and checks.
– Collaborate with a dedicated team or work independently, depending on project requirements.
– Contribute to the company’s success by maintaining a commitment to continuous improvement activities, such as 5S methodology.
What You Will Bring:
– At least three years of experience in a similar role, such as sewing, machining, or upholstering in a manufacturing environment.
– Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with intricate materials.
– Excellent timekeeping and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
– A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
– Flexibility and a positive attitude towards adapting to new challenges and tasks.
