Product Owner (Home Charging) – 36842021 – £36.66/hr umbrella rate

What You Will Do:
– Project manage the launch of new EV Home Charging propositions, ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple markets.
– Lead business readiness activities, with a particular focus on channel activation and market launches.
– Analyse customer feedback and market insights to enhance the home charging proposition and client experience.
– Monitor and report on product performance, including supplier-delivered services.
– Manage the product backlog, prioritising business needs to drive continuous improvement.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, marketing, digital, operations, and procurement, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.

Location:
