Sales Coordinator – Proactive Sales Focus

The Opportunity
As a Sales Coordinator, your primary focus will be proactive outbound sales and relationship building. You’ll take the lead in identifying opportunities, re-engaging past clients, and developing accounts into long-term revenue streams.
You’ll be given the tools, training and support—but success in this role will come from your energy, persistence, and desire to win business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving outbound sales activity to win new customers and grow your pipeline
- Building and developing your own client base from the ground up
- Re-engaging lapsed and dormant accounts to unlock new opportunities
- Managing and growing existing accounts through consistent contact and relationship building
- Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into sales opportunities
- Understanding customer needs and offering tailored technical solutions
- Preparing quotes, following them through, and closing deals
- Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and repeat business
- Managing accounts end-to-end, from first contact through to repeat orders
- Keeping CRM systems up to date with accurate and meaningful activity

- Experience in outbound sales, internal sales, account management, or sales administration

What’s On Offer
- Basic salary of £28,000
- Commission structure with earnings exceeding £9,500
