What You Will Do:

 

– Support employees with travel visa applications, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time.

– Maintain up-to-date employee data, files, and information, including travel documents, right-to-work checks, and driving licence checks.

– Assist with training administration and update training records in line with internal processes.

– Provide support for on-boarding, off-boarding, employee well-being, compensation and benefits, and other HR-related projects.

– Process invoices for the human resources and facilities team efficiently and in line with internal payment processes.

– Help organise staff events and provide administrative support for initiatives such as Learn to Ride and Cycle to Work schemes.

 

What You Will Bring:

 

– A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

– Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

– A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about HR processes and practices.

– Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and proficiency in office software.

This role is based in Bruntingthorpe, Leicestershire, UK and will required a driving licence and transport due to the remote location.
