Social Media Executive
Full-Time | £28,000 – £30,000 + Bonus | Office-Based Role
Are you a creative, data-driven Social Media Specialist looking for a varied, hands-on role within a fast-growing digital marketing agency?
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Social Media Executive / Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a fully office-based position offering the opportunity to manage diverse campaigns across multiple industries, platforms, and objectives — no two days are the same.

Please note: Own transport is essential due to our location. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
The Role – Varied, Creative & Performance-Driven
Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will take ownership of social media strategy, content creation, campaign management, and reporting for a diverse client portfolio.
This is a truly varied role where you will:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned to client objectives (brand awareness, lead generation, sales).
- Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Advertising.
- Create engaging organic and paid content including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, LinkedIn posts, and Facebook campaigns.
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media, email marketing campaigns, and website content.
- Analyse campaign performance, website conversions, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Produce detailed performance reports using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Brief designers and collaborate with the wider Digital Marketing Team.
- Liaise directly with clients and account managers to ensure campaign success.
- Research new trends, emerging platforms, and social media innovations.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience creating short-form video content (Reels & TikTok editing)
- Excellent copywriting skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign data
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- You’ll be creative, organised, proactive, and confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
