What You Will Do:
• Lead the development and implementation of an internal communications strategy that aligns with organisational objectives and enhances employee engagement.
• Create and deliver compelling messages across various internal channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s values.
• Develop effective leadership communication materials, including scripts, talking points, and presentations, to support visibility and impact.
• Plan and coordinate key departmental events such as Town Halls and Learning Sessions, ensuring teams remain informed and connected.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and senior leaders, to align messaging and support cohesive storytelling.
• Manage supplier communication alignment, including refreshing distribution lists and delivering key messages to suppliers.
What You Will Bring:
• Proven experience in internal communications with a track record of delivering successful engagement strategies.
• Strong skills in creating and managing communication channels, including SharePoint, Teams, and Yammer.
• Excellent event planning and delivery experience, with the ability to execute high-quality departmental events.
• Experience of delivering a communication and events plan from formation to execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programmes such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, alongside the ability to create engaging video content.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
