Solar PV Project Manager / Electrical Project Manager (Renewable Energy)
Location: Leeds / Yorkshire (Hybrid & Site-Based)

Deliver Renewable Energy Projects That Actually Make an Impact
- We’re looking for an experienced Solar PV Project Manager or Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial and industrial renewable energy projects across the UK.
- This is a key role within a growing renewable energy business, where you’ll take ownership of end-to-end Solar PV installations, supporting the transition to low-carbon energy across commercial environments.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing the full lifecycle delivery of Solar PV and renewable energy projects (design through to commissioning)
- Overseeing multiple concurrent projects across commercial and industrial sites
- Acting as the primary client interface, ensuring excellent stakeholder and customer management
- Coordinating EPC delivery, including subcontractors, site teams, and internal engineering functions
- Managing project budgets, cost control, and programme timelines
- Leading health & safety planning, RAMS, and compliance across sites
- Supporting grid connection processes, permits, and DNO applications
- Working closely with design teams on technical specifications and system layouts
- Ensuring high-quality project documentation and handover packs
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within Solar PV, Electrical, Construction, or Renewable Energy projects
- Strong understanding of commercial solar installations, electrical systems, or infrastructure delivery
- Experience managing multiple projects and site teams simultaneously
- Confident in budget management, reporting, and programme delivery
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations within construction or energy environments
- Experience working with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
- PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
