What You Will Do:
– Lead the company’s overall financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term goals.
– Partner closely with the CEO and Board to drive financial decision-making and operational excellence.
– Manage and execute a significant fundraising initiative, including structuring, financial modelling, and investor engagement.
– Optimise working capital and manage relationships with banks, lenders, and alternative funding providers.
– Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure robust decision-making and performance tracking.
– Establish and maintain strong financial governance, compliance, and risk management practices.
What You Will Bring:
– Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a growth-oriented or complex business environment.
– Demonstrated success in leading equity fundraises and managing working capital facilities.
– Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
– Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA.
– Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire teams.
