Digital Marketing Executive – Europe
Are you a Digital Marketing Executive who lives and breathes social media, content strategy and digital campaigns? This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of brand and digital marketing activity across the European region, with real impact, visibility and regular European travel.
This is an office-based role in Newport, Shropshire and is not a remote position.
The Role
- Digital Marketing Executive responsible for all digital, social and content activity across Europe
- Office-based role at Newport, Shropshire
- 37-hour working week, with an early finish on a Friday.
- Monthly European travel required
Key Responsibilities
- This dynamic role will see you propel the company brand and products to new heights in the digital sphere.
- You’ll craft and execute strategic campaigns across various online channels, from social media and email marketing to search engine optimization and targeted advertising.
- You will be instrumental in enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, and contributing to the success of our digital marketing objectives.
- You’ll oversee the planning and coordination of related events and trade fair in the region.
- Create and deliver engaging content across social media, web and email channels.
- Develop and execute a clear social media and content strategy aligned to brand goals.
- Manage and grow online communities through proactive engagement and moderation.
- Plan, schedule and manage content calendars across multiple platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage paid social and digital advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google.
- Support SEO activity and website optimisation to drive organic performance.
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise for engagement, leads and ROI.
- Coordinate digital support for European events and trade fairs.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies.
About You
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar digital-focused role
- Strong background in social media management, content creation and content strategy
- Hands-on experience with paid social, Google Ads and analytics platforms
- Confident analysing data and turning insight into action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Additional European language skills desirable
- Experience working with European markets advantageous
