Senior Colour Designer (12 month Maternity Cover)
Location: London
Rate: £42.50 per hour PAYE

What You Will Do:
– Research and develop modern and innovative colour and material design concepts that align with project briefs.
– Lead specific colour projects from initial design stages through to final release.
– Collaborate with suppliers to propose and develop advanced materials and finishes, ensuring feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
– Communicate design concepts effectively, maintaining a high level of visual presentation.
– Engage in project planning meetings and ensure clear understanding of project direction and goals.
– Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering creativity and efficiency within the design team.
What You Will Bring:
– Bachelor of Arts Degree or equivalent in Art & Design.
– Proven experience within the automotive industry and an understanding of current industry trends.
– Strong project management and leadership skills.
– Technical knowledge of material manufacturing processes.
– Creativity, innovation, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
