Assembly Operative / Composite Trimmer
Location: Northampton
Rate: £22.55 per hour LTD Co
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Assembly Operative / Composite Trimmer to join a composite manufacturing facility in Northampton.
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in trimming high-quality carbon-fibre components, working with adhesives, and assembling parts using high-powered air tools. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work effectively within a small team, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate high-powered air tools and trimming equipment
- Assemble composite components to specification
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
- Carry out quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet required standards
- Adhere to all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Initially this contract role is being offered on a part time basis – 30 hours a week, with an immediate start available. Due to up-and-coming projects this role could be extended for the right candidate.
