A FMCG manufacturer are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor, this role offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills in logistics skills while contributing to a company recognised for its innovative solutions and global impact. Salary £35,000 to £42,000 plus Benefits.
Monday to Friday role
What You Will Do:
– Ensure all shipment documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and pallet declarations, is prepared and managed accurately to support timely delivery.
– Maintain and validate shipment data across multiple systems, including ERP, WMS, Excel, and partner platforms, troubleshooting discrepancies as needed.
– Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth cross-border clearance.
– Monitor and resolve operational issues proactively, addressing delays, stock discrepancies, and data mismatches.
– Contribute to process improvements, enhancing documentation, systems, and reporting efficiency.
– Build and maintain dashboards to track shipment activities and provide actionable insights.
What You Will Bring:
– Proven experience in logistics, order management, or supply chain operations, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
– Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software, such as SAP or Syteline.
– Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, lookups, and data validation.
– Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy.
– A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
