As a Process Engineer you will:
- Develop, configure, and optimise industrial processes from concept through to certification and start-up.
- Assess production processes, conduct measurements, and interpret data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design, test, and upgrade mechanical and automated systems, including batch and chemical operations.
- Lead process development and optimisation for speciality components in the EV sector.
- Drive the introduction of capital equipment, commissioning processes, and handover to production teams.
- Champion structured problem-solving methods to address quality and efficiency issues while adhering to Health & Safety policies.
The Process Engineer will bring:
- A formal Higher Education qualification in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent).
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a process, production, or industrial engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in printed circuit manufacturing is essential, PCB, FCB and/or Chemical Processes.
- A strong background in mechanical systems, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality improvement tools.
