Principal Engineer Power Electronics

What You Will Do as Principal Engineer Power Electronics;
- Lead the design and specification of magnetics and capacitors for power converters and inverters
- Spearhead the development of mixed signal systems and processing platforms
- Conduct simulation activities using industry-leading tools such as Simscape and PLECS
- Collaborate on control strategies for power converters and inverters to enhance performance
- Design systems that comply with standards such as IEC61508, ISO26262, and CISPR25
- Build strong technical relationships with customers and manage multi-disciplinary projects
What You Will Bring as Principal Engineer Power Electronics;
- Extensive experience in developing power electronics systems such as inverters, OBCs, DC/DC converters, and AC/DC systems across multiple sectors
- Expertise in designing digital and mixed signal control circuits, with a focus on EMC and electrical noise attenuation
- Proven ability to lead multi-person development projects and manage customer relationships
- A degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related discipline
- Familiarity with simulation environments for power electronics and magnetic systems
