Technical Support Engineer – Service Department – Worcester | Up to £39k per annum plus benefits
Do you have strong knowledge of machine tools and their operation?
Join Yamazaki Mazak, a global leader in machine tool manufacturing. We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to strengthen our UK Service team, supporting both customers and field engineers.
What you’ll do:
- Provide technical support and fault diagnosis
- Assist with breakdowns, service, and spares identification
- Interpret electrical/mechanical drawings
- Be the go-to expert for Mazak machine tools
What we’re looking for:
- Electrical or mechanical engineering background
- Experience with Mazak machines & Mazatrol controls or equivalent
- Strong fault-finding skills & customer focus
- Team player with a “can do” attitude
