Project / Launch Manager
Location: Redditch, on-site
3PL – Logistics – Warehousing
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Excellent salary, 25 days holiday plus option to buy 5 more days, pension
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven and organised Project / Launch Manager to take ownership of high-profile projects from concept to delivery. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in shaping launches, driving improvements, and ensuring customer value is always at the centre of what we do.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading projects from planning to delivery, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to keep everything on track.
- Coordinating resources across internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.
- Proactively managing risks, changes, and challenges to keep projects moving forward.
- Acting as the key link between stakeholders, building trust and maintaining strong relationships.
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and embedding best practice into future launches.
- Handling multiple projects simultaneously while keeping a clear focus on priorities.
What We’re Looking For : At least 10 years’ experience in a project or launch management role within automotive logistics.
- A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset – always striving to go the extra mile.
- Experience in continuous improvement and process optimisation (process engineering skills an advantage).
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Computer literacy, including strong MS Office skills.
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
