What You Will Do:
- Maintain and develop the company’s Business Management System, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage internal audits and liaise with the Technical Manager to address technical and product-related issues.
- Supervise the testing and recording of non-conforming products, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Act as the principal contact for customer auditors and external certification bodies, representing the company with professionalism.
- Oversee the calibration of in-house testing equipment and ensure timely and accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate Health and Safety initiatives, including risk assessments and monthly meetings, while maintaining defined housekeeping standards.
What You Will Bring:
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and address quality challenges effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with teams, customers, and external auditors.
- A solid understanding of business management principles and experience in managing quality systems.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and computer literacy to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
