What You Will Do as Process Engineer:
- Develop, configure, and optimise industrial processes from concept through to certification, ensuring efficiency and reliability
- Assess and improve production processes by conducting measurements, interpreting data, and identifying opportunities for optimisation
- Design, test, and upgrade mechanical and automated systems, including those for batch and chemical operations
- Lead process development for EV specialty components, driving innovation and scalability
- Manage the introduction of new capital equipment, overseeing commissioning and smooth handover to production teams
- Use structured problem-solving techniques to address quality and efficiency issues, ensuring continuous improvement
What You Will Bring as Process Engineer;
- Degree qualified Engineer or equivalent with relevant experience in medium to high volume manufacturing environment preferably within the 1st Tier Automotive Industry
- Proven experience in a process, production, or industrial engineering role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality improvement tools
- A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
