Service & Application Engineer – Metrology – Milton Keynes – Up to £38k plus excellent benefits (Company Car, Bonus, 7.5% pension)

What You Will Do:
- Install advanced equipment to manufacturer specifications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Provide expert training to customers on proper operation procedures after installation.
- Diagnose and repair systems both in-house and at customer sites, delivering exceptional service.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, whether by phone or through on-site visits.
- Stay up to date with the latest service bulletins and technical training to maintain high standards.
- Identify and promote sales opportunities, passing them on to the sales team proactively.
What You Will Bring:
- Ideally experience in a similar multi-discipline service role.
- Experience in metrology is highly desirable but not essential.
- A self-motivated, proactive approach with a flexible, can-do attitude.
- A full, clean driving licence and the willingness to travel, including occasional early starts and late finishes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver excellent customer support.
