Job Title: Warehouse Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead warehousing and electrical assembly operations at this Warwick site. You’ll oversee goods in/out, inventory accuracy, stock control and team performance-driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-12 across warehouse and electrical workshop
- Ensure health & safety compliance and champion a culture of safety
- Maintain stock accuracy and optimise ERP/WMS processes
- Identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and cost control
- Liaise with the Electrical Design Team to support bespoke product assembly
- Work with suppliers and transport partners to ensure smooth logistics
What You’ll Bring
- Strong leadership and warehouse management experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems, stock control and warehouse best practice
- HSE awareness and forklift licence
- Proficient in MS Office and performance reporting
- Confident in improving processes, solving problems and managing change
Desirable:
- Logistics or warehouse-related qualifications
- IOSH/NEBOSH or similar H&S training
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced operations
- Excellent people management skills and experience
