Quality Engineer

What You Will Do as Quality Engineer:
- Manage customer quality concerns, including returns and warranty issues, ensuring effective analysis and resolution
- Create and update production control plans for new and modified products, aligning with business processes
- Compile and submit customer PPAPs for approval, ensuring all requirements are met
- Support production teams by addressing process and product concerns, driving improvements and non-recurrence
- Conduct product and process audits in line with IATF16949 standards, ensuring compliance and readiness for third-party audits
- Act as a key liaison with customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring adherence to their quality processes
What You Will Bring as Quality Engineer;
- Proven experience in quality concern resolution, including 8D methodology
- Familiarity with the 5 core tools of quality management
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, particularly machining, assembly, and testing
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective customer relationships and work across all levels of management
