What You Will Do:
– Lead financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
– Prepare detailed financial reports and ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations.
– Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reconciliation processes.
– Conduct sales and margin analysis, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
– Manage HR functions, including payroll processing, employee records, and recruitment.
– Support the development and communication of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
What You Will Bring:
– AAT qualification or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, with study support available.
– A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and HR, including 3 years in a senior role.
– Strong knowledge of financial systems like Sage, QuickBooks, or SAP, and HRIS platforms.
– Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
– A strategic mindset with the ability to align finance and HR practices to business goals.
