What You Will Do:
- Coordinate and execute key operational processes to help the Factory Office team achieve performance and efficiency targets.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and validate requirements, including obtaining supplier quotations and initiating procurement requests via SAP.
- Partner with Finance to facilitate expenditure approvals, ensuring compliance with internal controls and budgetary guidelines.
- Provide process guidance and support to team members, particularly in navigating recruitment and expenditure workflows.
- Deliver regular reporting, including weekly and monthly updates, to track progress against operational and financial goals.
- Maintain the accuracy of budget plans by clearly distinguishing between committed and uncommitted expenditures.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in business process analysis or a financial operations environment.
- Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of commitment tracking, expenditure management, cash flow and accruals.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables and reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with business systems and tools such as SAP and RADS, alongside experience working within an automotive engineering or manufacturing environment would be desirable.
This role is pivotal in supporting the company’s Engineering Operations team, ensuring seamless processes and contributing to continuous improvement.
