As an EOL Build and Test Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring the seamless integration, testing, and validation of innovative components and systems. This is an initial 6 month contract position, with the possibility of an extension.
What You Will Do:
Integrate, test, and validate individual components of a high-voltage traction system in a production facility. – Prepare systems for final End of Line (EOL) testing and characterisation. – Follow a detailed Design Verification Plan (DVP) for each component and system. – Identify, report, and assist in resolving faults flagged during testing using Jira for accurate bug tracking. – Conduct testing on harnesses, power electronics, CAN networks, and software functionality. – Collaborate with system owners to ensure fixes and improvements are implemented effectively.
What You Will Bring:
Experience with CANalyzer and CAN networks, including a strong understanding of UDS protocols. – Proficiency in reading and testing harness schematics for both high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) architectures. – A keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. – Familiarity with Jira or similar platforms for test reporting and bug tracking. – A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for precision engineering.
